Absolutely. We intentionally create previews with lower quality to ensure faster loading times and smoother browsing. Once you've placed your order, we enhance the image with a quality boost, making it sharp, clear, and vibrant before sending it to print.

After the mug is printed and packed, we entrust your artwork to the delivery professionals who will deliver it to the nearest parcel machine. You can then retrieve it quickly and conveniently from there.

Don't worry, we won't send your order into the delivery mayhem unprepared! We send all our masterpieces in protective packaging and sturdy boxes to ensure the framed poster arrives intact.

Although it's highly unlikely, if your mug has any defects or is broken, please contact us via e-mail info@artiffer.com. We will send you a new mug or refund your money, if that's your preference.

Unfortunately, we don wrap our shipments as gifts, at least not at the moment. Our primary focus is on secure transportation.

Your mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, but in normal home conditions. However, very strong chemicals and very high temperatures can damage the print.
